Kent Kolman
Drums & Backing Vocals
Famous
for his groundbreaking "Kolman Conversion
Table", a complex algorhythm which accurately
estimates the ratio of notes played per dollar earned for
any proposed gig, Kent has also done pioneering work as a
founding member of "The Society For The Prevention Of
Encores", a
non-profit organization dedicated to the shortening of
setlists everywhere. An avid finisher, it is not
uncommon for Kolman to have his kit torn down and partially
loaded before the final notes have decayed on the band's
closing song of the night. Kent
is a veteran of many a band on the Dallas scene through
the years, including a two-year stint in the Tom Petty
cover band

"Petty Theft". He hopes to see
you soon at a
RumbleFish
show,
but please:
refrain from making direct eye contact with "The Angry
Boy" (© 2007)
before,
during or after said shows. And never, under any
circumstances, request
"just one more".
Here we see the artist
depicted in a promotional ad for his award winning video
lecture series "Tempo, godammit". |
