Scott Weidenfeller

Scott took up the guitar at about 8 years old, at which time he was already nearing six feet tall, with his first electric six string arriving by age 13.  His descent into the band jungle started shortly thereafter during High School.

Since about 2000 and in roughly chronological order, Scott has been seen in public in the following permutations: The King Pins, Huge Heffners, High Tech Rednecks, N'Cinco, The Spice Grills, Elvs Presley, No Name, Trunk Monkey and a few others.  Starting in about 2004, he was a founding member of the ‘marketing and promotion machine’ known as The Pubmonkeys.  It was at this time that he crossed over to the dark side, taking up the bass full time after numerous false starts with prospective PubBassists. This is also the period when he began to drink more heavily.

Scott currently holds down the grove in the ‘insanity all-skate’* known as RumbleFish, where he likes to inject a little heavier/punk attitude to the songs through his bass work.
